- 1. How long does it take to receive my product?
- The average delivery time is 1 week after the product is shipped.
- 2. Where does the product come from?
- We source products from manufacturers in Europe, China, the United States, and the Netherlands, depending on the product you choose.
- 3. Can I pay in instalments?
- We accept payments in instalments via credit or debit card, or PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments by bill.
- 4. Can I pick up my order in person?
- No, all orders are shipped via postal or courier services directly to your address.
- 5. I purchased more than one product in the same order, but I only received part of it. Is that normal?
- This can happen when products come from different suppliers. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking codes for each shipment. Since these are shipped separately, they may have different delivery times due to customs processing.
- 6. What happens if my delivery is delayed?
- Delays are rare, but they can happen. We closely monitor all shipments. If your product does not arrive within 90 business days after shipping, we will issue a 100% refund as per our shipping and delivery terms.
